NST-30QY is a precision sampler for taking cylinder sample or round wafer with 3 – 50 mm diameter from bulk material with max 50 mm thickness.   The machine cam take round sample from almost all kinds of materials , such as metal alloy, semiconductor, ceramic and plastics for TEM and SEM analysis.
